The Role of Micro Waqf Bank in Women’s Micro-Business Empowerment through Islamic Social Finance: Mixed-Method Evidence from Mawaridussalam Indonesia

This study examined the role of Micro Waqf Bank in empowering women micro-entrepreneurs. research used a mixed-method with an explanatory design. Quantitatively, this examines effect joint responsibility system, financing, and mentoring on growth micro-enterprises business. The sample was 200 micro-entrepreneurs using purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data analysis performed Structural Equation Model based Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) qualitatively analyzes how has carried out its women, including dealing crises due to COVID-19 pandemic. Thematic as qualitative Informants amounted 6 informants from MWB Mawaridussalam consisting Management, Mentors, female micro-enterprises. results quantitatively indicate that there is positive significant impact development micro-enterprise members. Mentoring most variable impacts Qualitatively, show economic empowerment micro-business entrepreneurs by specifically recommending reinforcement function.
